摘要
提出一种机理与主元分析相结合选择MIMO软测量辅助变量的方法 ,在此基础上用RBFN建立纸浆漂白过程MIMO软测量模型。实现了pH值、残氯软测量。仿真结果显示 :该软测量方案实用、可靠 ;在精度、实时性方面结果令人满意。
In the paper,a method of choosing auxiliary variables in MIMO soft measurement is presented,the method is based on working principium of pulp bleaching process and PCA,RBFN model for MIMO soft measurement of pH and remaining chlorine is established.Result of simulation shows that the way is effective,reliable and satisfy in accuracy and property of real time.
