摘要
本文报告内眦宽距单纯性一例和合并性二例以研讨内眦宽距矫治手术如何选择问题。表明,V-Y内眦成形术是既能矫正内眦赘皮、延长睑裂和缩短内眦间距而又操作简易的手术,但一般只约缩短3-5mm。结合内眦韧带折叠术最好。折叠6mm,一般约缩短内眦间距10mm以上。虽未能充分矫正,但一般能获得正常的内眦间距外观,有良好的美容效果。
One case of simple telecanthus and 2 cases of complicated telecanthus reported in this paper show that V-Y canthoplasty is considered the ideal procedure for simply and easily performing it and effectively rearranging the epicanthal folds, enlarging the phimctic lids and shortening the distance between both medial canthi. Of which, however, only 3-5mm are shortened. Folding of the medial palpebral ligament is considered to be the chioice procedure owina to the safe technique and reliable result. Every 6mm foldina usually shortens the distance between both media canthi over 10mm, which is quite sufficient for obtaining a aood eosmetic effect, though the telecanthus can not be fully corrected.
