摘要
“以德治国”是在强调依法治国的前提和我国当前社会道德建设急需加强的背景下提出的。法治与德治,如车之两轮、鸟之两翼,一个靠国家强有力机器的强制和威严,一个靠人们的内心信念和社会舆论,殊途同归,其目的都是要达到调节社会关系、维护社会稳定的作用,对于一个正常社会的健康运行,各起着独特的不可替代的作用。大学德育是“以德治国”的基础性工作,要实现“以德治国”,首先得“以德育人”。为了落实“以德治国”的治国方略,大学必须强化德育意识,加强和改进学校的德育工作,以完成国家赋予大学的德育使命。
The rule of virtue is put forward under the background of the current social moral construction being reinforced. Universities moral education is the basic work of the rule of virtue. And universities should consolidate the consciousness of moral education, enhance and improve the moral education work and fulfill the task that the state has entrusted to.
