摘要
目的提高对肱骨小头-滑车型骨折的认识,掌握其诊断与治疗要点。方法回顾4例肱骨小头-滑车型骨折的临床资料,分析其受伤机制、分型、诊断和治疗。结果4例均经X光拍片并结合临床明确诊断后行切开复位内固定术,术后复查对位良好。6～8周骨折愈合,随访1～4年疗效满意。结论对肱骨小头-滑车型骨折要早期明确诊断,早期治疗,有手术适应证者早期切开并要求达到解剖复位,选择适当内固定,早期功能练习,方能得到满意疗效。
ObjectiveTo deepen understanding of the humerocapitular-trochlear fracture and have a good grasp of its diagnosisand treatment. MethodsThe data of 4 cases of humerocapitular-trochlear fracture were reviewed.ResultsAll 4 patients con-firmed by X-ray and clinic were performed open reduction and internal fixation. The reposition was good by X-ray reexamination afteroperation, and the fracture healed up after 6～8 weeks. The curative effect was satisfied after 1～4 years. ConclusionsDiagnosisand treatment on early stage are very important to humerocapitular-trochlear fracture. The patients of operative indication should beoperated early in anatomy . Selecting suitable internal fixation and making the patients to exercise in function early, we can get thesatisfied curative effect.
