基质金属蛋白酶及其组织抑制因子和肝纤维化 被引量:5

摘要 肝纤维化是各种病因引起的慢性肝病的共同病理归宿.慢性肝损伤过程中,肝星状细胞(HSC)在炎症和各种细胞因子的作用下活化且合成细胞外基质(ECM)增多,同时金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(TIMPs)分泌增多,TIMPs通过抑制细胞外基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的活性而在肝内引起纤维化.过去,肝纤维化能否逆转一直是一个有争议的问题,现在多认为纤维化是可逆性病变,因此对ECM降解的研究日益深入,目前研究认为肝纤维化ECM的降解主要受MMPs及TIMPs的影响.本文就MMPs和TIMPs在肝纤维化发病及恢复过程中的作用和表达情况作一综述.
