摘要
利用失重法、电化学极化曲线法和扫描电镜 ,研制了冷轧板 114 5铝在 1mol/LHCl中的非磷、非铬高效复合型缓蚀剂 ,它由钼酸铵、硅酸钠和钨洛托品以一定比例复合而成 ,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果表明 :钼酸铵、钨洛托品和硅酸钠的最佳复合比为 3.8× 10 - 4:0 .0 75 :1.6× 10 - 4;该复合型缓蚀剂总浓度为 10 .6mg/L时 ,缓蚀率达到 99.91%。
An efficient inhibitor without P and Cr, which composed of appropriate ammonium molybdate, sodium silicate and urotropine, was studied for cold\|rolling aluminum alloy 1145 in 1 mol/L HCl by using weight loss and polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy techniques, along with its mechanism. The results showed that the composite inhibitor was a mixed inhibitor that prohibited the anodic and cathodic corrosion reaction of aluminum alloy simultaneously. The optimal ratio of ammonium molybdate, urotropine and sodium silicate was 3.8×10\+\{-4\}: 0.075: 1.6×10\+\{-4\}, and the inhibitive efficiency was 99.91% while the total concentration of composite inhibitor was 10.6 mg/L.
