摘要
采用氧乙炔焰喷焊法制备了NiCrSiB及其加入Mo元素的覆层材料。用光学显微镜分析了覆层的金相组织 ,并对覆层材料抗固、液二相流体的冲蚀和气蚀性能进行了研究 ,用扫描电子显微镜对覆层表面气蚀破坏形貌进行了观察。结果表明 :不同成分的镍基覆层材料抗固、液二相流体的冲蚀能力相近 ;加入Mo元素后形成的NiCrMoSiB覆层材料的耐气蚀能力得到提高。还对覆层材料的抗固、液二相流体的冲蚀和气蚀机理进行了分析。
Coatings of nickel\|based were made by flame spray welding, which erosion and cavitation corrosion resistance had been investigated in solid\|liquid two\|phase flow. Microstructures of coatings were observed by optical microscope and cavitation corrosion morphologies were observed by using SEM. Results showed that erosion resistances of nickel\|based coatings in solid\|liquid two\|phase flow were all similar. Cavitation corrosion resistances of NiCrMoSiB coatings were enhanced while adding Mo element. The erosion and cavitation corrosion mechanisms of coatings were also discussed.
