摘要
地震仪经历了光点、模拟和数字的变化 ,数字地震仪本身由 16位发展到 2 4位 ,其附属设备 (电缆、检波器 )也得到了不同程度的发展 .近年来 ,I/O等公司利用MEMS技术研制了新型地震检波器 ,这一新的发展对于地震采集尤其是多分量采集带来重要影响 .
The progress of geophysial prospecting brings great advances in seismic recording system. It goes from signal channel, analog to digital stage. Recently the seismic recording system developed from 16 bit to 24 bit. At the same time, its auxiliary devices (such as cable, geophone etc) also have great changes. The new generation of geophone invented by I/O Company etc . is made by MEMS technology. Its high revolution will be very helpful for seismic data acquisition, particularly to shear wave data acquisition.
