摘要
对现行蚕品种秋丰×白玉的正交雌、雄及其反交的雌雄混合的3龄起蚕添食桑蚕核型多角体病毒 ,作其对NPV的抗性比较试验 ,结果表明正交的雄蚕对NPV的抗性显著高于雌蚕 ,反交雌雄混合蚕的抗性略强于正交雌雄混合蚕 。
The experiment of resistance to NPV on the male?female larve of Qiufeng×Baiyu and mixed larves of Baiyu×Qiufeng has been carried out by feeding the 3 rd instar larve after ecdysis with NPB.The result shown that the rsistance of the males is significant stanger than that of the females and alike to the mixed larve of Baiyu×Qiufeng.
