半胱胺对鸡小肠粘膜中分泌型IgA细胞和上皮内淋巴细胞的影响 被引量:44

摘要 实验组肉鸡在灌喂半胱胺 2 0mg·kg-1(CY Ⅰ )和 80mg·kg-1(CY Ⅱ )后 ,应用鸡新城疫弱毒苗 (NDV) (Ⅳ系苗 )以口腔注入法进行免疫 ,检查小肠粘膜中分泌型免疫球蛋白A (sIgA)阳性细胞和上皮内淋巴细胞 (iIEL)数量的变化。结果表明 ,CY Ⅰ在NDV首免后第 4周 ,十二指肠中sIgA阳性细胞数量极显著增加 (P <0 0 1) ;CY Ⅰ和CY Ⅱ组在NDV首免后第 4周iIEL数量显著增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;首免后第 5周CY Ⅰ组十二指肠中iIEL数量显著增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而盲肠扁桃体中这两种细胞数量的变化不大。提示生长抑素 (SS)可抑制小肠粘膜中sIgA阳性细胞和iIEL的分化和增殖 ,半胱胺通过耗竭鸡小肠中SS的含量可提高鸡的粘膜免疫力。 Broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease virus(NDV)attenuated vaccine by oral rout after feed by two doses of cysteamine 20 mg·kg -1 (CY?Ⅰ)and 80 mg·kg -1 (CY?Ⅱ),respectively.Then the immunoglobulin A secretory(sIgA)cells and intraepithelium lymphocytes(iIEL)in the intestine of animal and change of the number of sIgA cells and iIEL were detected.The results showed that the number of sIgA in duodenum increased significantly( P <0 01)at 4 weeks used cysteamine 20 mg·kg -1 after immunization.The number of iIEL in duodenum increased significantly( P <0 05)at 4 weeks used cysteamine both 20 mg·kg -1 and 80 mg·kg -1 .The number of iIEL in duodenum increased signiicantly( P <0 05)at 5 weeks used cysteamine 20 mg·kg -1 .However there was no significant change in the number of iIEL cells and sIgA in the caecum tonsil.The result suggested that SS could effect the differentiation and proliferation of sIgA cells and iIEL in the intestine mucosa.It demonstrated that cysteamine may serve as a potentiator to enhance chicken mucosal immunity.
