摘要
通过各种不同的方法提取柚皮中的黄酮类化合物 ,比较不同提取方法的提取效率及提取物中黄酮类化合物的含量 ,从而探讨最佳的提取方法。结果表明 ,体积分数 70 %乙醇提取法是较好的提取方法。
The extraction method of flavonoid in pomelo peel was studied with different ways. The optimum extracting process was put forward. The results showed that the optimum extracting technical process was 70% alcohol. Antioxidant effect of flavonoid from pomelo peel was higher than vitamin c and citric acid.
