摘要
在5—35%HClO<sub>4</sub>介质中,0.1g黄原酯棉可定量吸附500μg Ag,灰化解脱后Ag回收率在99%以上。Ag-金试剂-OP络合物的显色条件是:pH为4.5—6.5,最大吸收波长505nm,摩尔吸光系数1.0×10<sup>5</sup>,络合物组成是Ag:金试剂=1:4,Ag量在0—10μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。采用全差示分光光度法测定地质样品中的Ag,操作简单快速、灵敏度高、选择性好、测定范围宽.
Conditions for concentrating silver with xanthated cotton fiber column and the color reaction of Ag( Ⅰ ) with gold-reagent in the presence of OP have been investigated. It was found that in a 5-35% perchloric acid solution, 500 μg Ag( Ⅰ ) can be quantitativly adsorbed on a 0.1g xanthated cotton fiber column and liberated by ashing. The recovery is better than 99%. In the presence of OP Ag( Ⅰ ) and gold-reagent form a colored complex at pH 4.5-6.5. The molar absorptivity is 1.0 ± 105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 505 nm. The composition of the complex is 1:4 (Ag:gold-reagent). Beer's law is obeyed |in the range of 0-10 μ/25ml Ag( Ⅰ ). Fully differential spectrophotometric method was used to perform the analysis of geological materials for silver. Satisfactory results were obtained.
