摘要
乙醇与β-环糊精的协同作用,使1,4-二羟基蒽醌-Be体系荧光强度提高10倍以上,反应选择性有所改善。基于此,本文通过实验确定了1,4-二羟基蒽醌-β-环糊精-乙醇荧光体系测定岩石矿物中痕量Be的最佳条件,并就乙醇在其中的作用进行了探讨。
The concurrent action of alcohol and β-cyclodextrin enhances the fluorescence intensity of 1, 4-dihydroxyanthraquinone-beryllium system by a factor of more than ten and improves the selectivity of the reaction remarkably. The optimum conditions for determining trace Be in geological samples by this fluorescence system were established and the effect of alcohol in the system was discussed.
