摘要 三峡水库运行后,对洞庭湖区的显著作用:一是泥沙源将大幅度减少;二是降低了防洪压力;三是三峡水库年内下泄量的增减对湖区生态环境有利亦有弊。翔实的资料论证了三峡水库运行后,洞庭湖将成为饥饿型湖泊,而未淤积湖内的泥沙将转移淤积到城陵矶至汉口河段,使江水、湖水顶托加剧,从而产生新的变化。此外,建议恢复嘉鱼县九宫湖-樊口这条一万年前的古长江河道,作为三峡水库的配套工程。 Three effects on Dongting Lake will b e prominent after the operation of th e Three Great Gorges Reservior,that is,firstly,greatly reduce the source of silt,le ngthening the life of the lake;secon dly,decrease the pressure of flood c ontrol while exerting a limited effect on catastrophic floods;finally,the annual increase or decrease of the reservior' s downflow will have both advantange s and dis-advantages for the eco -environment of the lake.With abundant materials the author demonstrates that after t he operation of the reservior Dongting Lake will be a starved lake.Meanwhile,silt not deposited in the lake will be transferred to the reach es from Chenglingji to Hankou,leading to new changes.The p aper also suggests the recovery of an cient course of Changjiang River fro m Jiugonghu to Fankou as an auxiliary project with the Thre e Great Gorges Reservior.
