摘要
两种粘结剂炭的氧化动力学实验表明 ,粘结剂炭氧化反应属一级反应。85 0℃、10 0 0℃制备的中间相沥青 ( NJ8)炭的表观活化能分别为 10 7.90 k J/mol和 170 .60 k J/mol,而酚醛树脂炭的表观活化能分别为 65 .0 1k J/mol和 97.63k J/mol。可见中间相沥青 ( NJ8)
The kinetic experiments of oxidation indicate that oxidation reaction of binder based carbon is first order reaction. The apparent activation energy of mesophase pitch (NJ8) carbon prepared at 850℃ and 1 000℃ is 107.90kJ/mol and 170.60kJ/mol respectively; compared to it, the apparent activation energy of phenolic resin carbon is 65.01kJ/mol and 97.63kJ/mol respectively. It shows that the anti oxidation behavior of mesophase pitch carbon is better than that of phenolic resin carbon.
