摘要
对错齿双圆弧人字齿轮的啮合刚度进行了分析和定量计算 ,并对比了错齿后和未错齿时的刚度变化值 ,为分析错齿双圆弧齿轮的振动特性奠定了基础。结果表明 ,双圆弧人字齿轮发生错齿后与错齿前相比 ,刚度阶跃值减小 1/ 2 ,相对值减少 10 % ,这有利于减轻振动和冲击 ,并可降低噪声。
In order to reduce the probability of failure, the influence of a gearwheel with staggering tooth on the meshing stiffness of gear with double circular arc was investigated. The change of meshing stiffness and concussion of gear without staggering tooth was compared with those with staggering tooth. The vibration characters of herringbone gear were analyzed. The result shows that the stiffness jump value of gear with staggering tooth is reduced by 50 percent and the relative value is reduced by 10 percent comparing with those of gear without staggering tooth. The staggrering tooth benefits reduction of vibration and impact.
