摘要
我国加入WTO，开放建筑市场，对工程造价管理提出了更高的要求，因此有必要确立工程创造新人才培养体系，培养工程造价新人才，全面提高工程造价管理人才的素质，以适应加入WTO后的形势。
China's entry into WTO and its opening of the construction market make stiu,greater demands on the management talents in engineering cost.To adapt to this situation,it is necessary the cuctivation system of such talents and enhance their qualties in an au round way.
