摘要
通过温光条件诱导甜菜 (BetaVulgarisL .)当年抽薹的过程中 ,诱导株内部发生复杂的生理和生化变化 ,在低温春化后过氧化物酶活性表现出较高水平 ,以后随着生育的进程而逐渐降低 ,与对照组比较差异显著 ,并从过氧化物酶的同工酶酶谱、过氧化物酶的超微细胞化学定位的角度加以证明。
In the course of inducing by low temperature and photoperiod,there have been some complex physiological and biochemical processes in the induced plant.After vernalization by low temperature,the activity of peroxidase increases a lot,and then gradually decreases,which was significantly different with that of the control.Furthermore these results obtained in this experiment were also shown by the location of peroxidase in cell supermicrostructure.
