摘要
高校要形成具有特色的高职教育人才培养模式 ,必须准确把握高职教育人才培养目标 ,树立开拓进取思想意识 ,深入调查研究 ,科学地制定专业教学计划 ,建立开放式实习。
To form the perfect and distinguishing cultivating model on the talented in professional education,we must grasp correctly the cultivating aim of professonal education, set up the advanced ideology, research deeply, work out a scientific and professional teaching plan and build the open-typed practising and exercising base.
