摘要
目的 :探讨祛脂复肝汤对脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 :选择脂肪肝患者 112例 ,随机分为治疗组 70例、对照组 4 2例 ,治疗组口服祛脂复肝汤 ,对照组服用绞股蓝总甙片、维生素 E,观察两组治疗后的总有效率、肝功能及血脂的变化。结果 :经治疗后治疗组总有效率优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶 (AL T)、天门冬酸氨基转移酶 (AST)和谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)均明显降低 ,且优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;同时总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)及低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ,其中 TG与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :祛脂复肝汤治疗脂肪肝疗效显著 ,能明显改善肝功能 。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of Quzhi Fugan Decoction on fatty liver.Methods:112 patients with fatty liver were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group of 70 cases treated with Quzhi Fugan Decoction and the control group of 42 cases treated with Jiaogulan tablet and VitE. Total efficiency rate, the liver function and blood lipid were detected after treatment. Results:The total efficiency rate of the treatment group was higher than that of control group(P< 0.05 ).ALT,AST and GGT of the treatment group were decreased more significantly than those of control group(P< 0.05 or 0.01).At the same time,TC,TG and LDL were significantly decreased after treatment(P< 0.05 or 0.01 ),and there was significant difference between the levels of TG in the two groups(P< 0.05 ).Conclusion:Quzhi Fugan Decoction has noticeable therapeutic effect on fatty liver and it can regulate liver function and decrease blood lipid obviously.
