摘要
新研制的ZJ2 5 / 15 80模块钻机由 15个模块组成 ,总体设计方案先进 ,动力匹配合理 ,传动具有软特性 ,功率利用率高 ,能满足各种钻井工艺要求。选用国际上先进可靠、技术含量高的钻机部件 (如游车大钩、水龙头、转盘等 ) ,使钻机整体技术水平与国外同类钻机保持同步。该型钻机在制造厂经过总体组装、井架起降和伸缩试验及 15 80kN静钩载拉力试验和应力检测 ,试验检测结果令人满意 ,对促进我国中小型钻机技术发展具有积极的借鉴意义。
Model ZJ25/1580 modularized drilling rig is comprised of 15 modules. It adopts advanced overall design scheme with reasonable power matching and soft transmission and high power utilization, therefore can satisfy the requirements of various drilling technologies. Advanced and reliable components, such as high-tech-based traveling hook, swivel and rotary table, are selected to improve the technical level of the drilling rig. The test and inspection of the drilling rig were made in Zhongyuan Special Vehicle Repair & Manufacturing Plant, and satisfactory result was achieved.
