摘要
煤气地下管道的腐蚀可分为内壁腐蚀与外壁腐蚀二种。内壁腐蚀主要是由于管道输送的煤气中所含有的 H_2O、H_2S 和 CO_2等成份所引起。文章介绍了引起内壁腐蚀的原因与特点,徐州市煤气地下管网内腐蚀的概况。继而提出控制内腐蚀的措施:加强净化,降低 H_2S 含量;减少水含量;采用抗腐蚀管材或进行内壁防腐处理以及在煤气中添加缓蚀剂。
Inner corrosion was caused by H_2O,H_2S and CO_2 contents in gas while moving,This articleintroduces reasons and characters of inner corrosion and summary of pipeline corrosion in Xuzhou,andproperes measures to control this problem:puritying to reduce H2S;reduce water content;using anti-corrosionpipeline etc.
