摘要
通过对传统采油微生物筛选方法的改进 ,结合官 6 9- 19井的地层特点筛选出嗜高温 (6 5~ 10 0℃ )菌种和针对高矿化度油藏的营养体系。为验证菌种和营养体系的矿场试验效果 ,并为今后嗜高温菌种大规模应用于高温、高矿化度油藏积累经验 ,对官 6 9- 19井实施了井筒和近井地带的微生物处理试验。结果表明 :井筒处理后 ,原油产量由 3.17t/d上升到 5 .3t/d ;近井地带处理后 ,产量由 3.17t/d上升到 5 .0 4t/d。说明试验是成功的 ,有利于今后在高温。
According to the stratum character of Guan69-19 well, a best-liking high temperature(65~100℃) bacterium and a new nutriment system aim at high salt oil reservoir have been filtrated out through improving on the traditional methods of filtrating petroleum microorganism. Using the bacterium, wellbore and near wellbore area microbial testing has been done to validate the effect. The accumulate experience for the cosmically application on high temperature and high salt oil reservoir. The result indicates that the production has been rise from 3.17 tons per day to 5.3 or 5.04 tons per day. All that shows the testing is successful and it will be benefit to expand application in high temperature and high salt oil reservoir.
