The Compatibility of Nylon 4.6/PP Polymer Blends

摘要 通过对聚丙烯进行官能化 ,并主要研究了反应单体浓度、反应温度、引发剂浓度和停留时间对接枝率的影响。然后再将接枝聚丙烯与尼龙 4 6共混 ,得出共混物力学性能优异 ,增强了聚丙烯与尼龙 4 Polypropylene (PP) was functionized with glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). The influence of the monomer concentration, reaction temperature, concentration of initiator and retention time on the grafted ratio was studied. The GMA grafted PP and pure PP were blended with Nylon 4 6 respectively. It is found that the mechanical properties of the alloy PP g GMA/PA are much better than that of the alloy PP/PA46, which shows the compatibility between nylon 4 6 and PP is improved.
