摘要
商事关系日益成为社会生活中具有决定性作用的社会关系。客观上要求调整商事关系的商法在其中发挥主导作用,确立其在我国社会主义法律体系中的基础性地位。
Commercial relation is increasingly becoming the decisive soqdcial relation in social life. Objectively, commercial law is required to play an important role for the regulation of commercial relation in social life, and to be established as the fundamental status in our socialist law system.
