摘要
目前 ,我国各地住房二级市场发展极不平衡 ,北京住房二级市场发展缓慢 ,远远滞后于其他经济发展较快的城市和地区。本文针对这个政府及京城居民都极为关心的问题 ,对制约北京住房二级市场快速发展的主要原因进行分析 ,提出了一些个人看法及建议 ,旨在促进北京住房二级市场的活跃 ,以发挥二级市场在房地产市场中的积极作用 ,形成房地产市场的良性循环 。
Now,the development of the secondary housing market in different places of our country is extremely unbalanced.The secondary housing market in Beijing has developed slowly and dropped far behind those cities and regions with fast step of economic development.This article focuses on making analysis of the main reasons that restricts the development of the secondary housing market in Beijing and arouses a deep concern in the government and among the local residents,as well as putting forward personal point of view and suggestions.The purpose of this article is to enliven the secondary housing market in Beijing,to bring into play the secondary housing market in the real estate market,to establish benign circle of real estate market as well as to solve the problem of the residents in housing.
