摘要
本文从我国国有上市公司的股本构成入手 ,分析了我国上市公司中的法人治理结构所存在的问题 。
This paper analyses the difficulties of governor structure of listed corporation,beginning with the analysis of the capital makeup of SOE.Finally the author puts forward several solutions about reducing the stock of SOE.
