摘要
船舶管理是航运业的基础 ,船舶管理信息化是航运企业与国际接轨、实现现代化的必由之路。本文就船舶管理信息化的必要性、重要性与国内外船舶管理信息化的进程与现状进行了综述与评价 ,并结合科研工作实践对我国船舶管理信息化进程中需注意的问题作了剖析 ,提出了自己的见解。
Ship management is the foundation of the shipping industry, and informationization of ship management is the only way for the shipping lines to keep trace with the international level and to realize the modernization. This paper appraises the necessity and importance of informationization of ship management and summarizes its development both at home and abroad. Based on the research and practice, the author analyses the problems in China's informationization of ship management and presents his solutions to them.
