摘要
本文研究了盐酸胺碘酮中乙醇、丙醇等5种残留溶媒的测定方法、采用毛细管气相色谱法项空进样测定,实验获得了很好的分离度和重现性。对实验条件的建立和药典附录中残留溶媒的测定进行了讨论。
A method was developed for the determination of the residue solvent of Amiodarone Hydrochloride by gas chromatography,using head—space injecting technique.The method has good resolution and reproductibility.We also discussed the develoption of method and determination of residue solvent in pharmacopoeia appendix.
