摘要
“模型黄河”是对“原型黄河”所反映的自然现象进行反演、模拟和试验,从而揭示“原型黄河”内在的自然规律。建设“模型黄河”(主要包括黄土高原模型、水库模型、河道模型及河口模型),一方面直接为“原型黄河”提供治理开发方案,另一方面为“数字黄河”工程建设提供物理参数。通过“数字黄河”与“模型黄河”的联合运用,确保各种治理开发方案在“原型黄河”上实现技术先进、经济合理、安全有效的目标。
The Model-based Yellow River is to unveil the natural law of the Yellow River by conversion, simulation and demonstration of natural phenomena reflected by the River. The construction of the Model-based Yellow River, which includes the Loess Plateau model, reservoir model, river course model and estuary model, will directly formulate treatment and development schemes for the Yellow River. And on the other hand, it will serve as physical parameter for the Digital Yellow River. With the joint operation of the Digital Yellow River and the Model -based Yellow River, various development plans and schemes along the Yellow River will realize the objectives of advanced technology, economical expenses, safety and effectiveness.
