摘要
讨论在BorlandC ++Builder4环境中如何对串行接口正确的设置设备控制块以及通讯时限对串口通讯的影响 ,着重介绍同步通讯方式。
This article is based on the previous one named 'Serial Communication Programming in Win32' and all codes are tested in Borland C++ Builder 4. It will introduce how to properly set up the Device-Control Block (DCB) in serial communications and how the Time out parameter affects it as well. The document still focuses on the non overlapped communication mode and represents the members description table of the DCB for reference.
