摘要
随着我国住房体制改革的深入 ,房地产市场出现有效需求不足 ,即商品房大量积压的同时居民住房又十分紧张 .针对此现象 ,本文就我国房地产市场的现状、存在的问题、面临的困难进行了详细分析 ,并提出提高我国目前住房有效需求的对策 .
With the advance of Chinese residence system reform, the shortage of real demands has existed in commercial residential housing market. namely commercial house have been in stack while residential houses still have deficient stuff. According to the phenomenon. the text profoundly analyses the present conditions, existed questions and faced troubles in the real estate market of our country, and put forward with measures to improve the current real demand.
