摘要
河北省发展民办高等教育的最大阻力 ,是旧的教育思想和教育观念。要从五个方面解放思想、转变观念 ,促进民办高等教育的发展。
The largest obstructioon to the development of civilian run higher education in Hebei province is the old education thought and the old education sense. It is necessary from five aspects to liberate thought, change sense and promote the development of civilian run higher education, which have certain meanings worth being learned by other provinces and cities.
