摘要
建筑物区分所有权是现代民法一项基本的不动产所有权形式。随着我国社会经济的发展及住房制度改革的不断深入 ,我国急需建立一套完善科学的区分所有权法律制度 ,为此 ,应根据我国的实际情况尽快制定我国的建筑物区分所有权法。
The differentiationg title to buildings is a foundamental title to real estate form of the modern civil law. With the development in depth of the housing system refromation, it is urgent for our country to set up a set of complete scientific lawful system for differentiatiog title; for this reason, the differentiationg title to buildings should be set according to the real condition of our country as soon as possible.
