摘要
中国加入WTO后 ,企业的人才竞争已经成为一种国际化的竞争。企业必须确定自己的发展方向以便引进最急需的人才。各地政府必须改善本地的法律软环境 。
Since Chinas WTO accession, the competition of human resources among enterprises has become more international. Chinese enterprises must define their development strategies for the future clear so that they can attract urgently needed professionals. The local government should provide a better legal enviroment which helps enterprises to reduce their opportunity costs in absorbing tacented people.
