摘要
目的 研究羧甲基几丁糖对兔膝关节类风湿性关节炎模型滑膜组织细胞体外培养的影响。方法 实验在建立兔膝关节类风湿性关节炎模型后切取兔膝关节滑膜组织 ,作体外细胞培养 ,加入不同剂量的浓度为2 %的羧甲基几丁糖溶液 ,用MTT法测定羧甲基几丁糖对造模膝关节滑膜细胞的抑制值。结果 随着羧甲基几丁糖浓度的增加,类风湿性关节炎模型滑膜细胞的数量减少。结论
Objective To study the effects of the O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan on the cultivation of synovial sells from Rabbits adjuvant arthritis in vitro. Methods The synovial cells of the Rabbits adjuvant arthritis were incubated in vitro. The different consistency of O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan were added in cultivition fluid to observe the effects on cell proliferation. Then we measured the restrained value for synovial cells by MTT method. Results The number of the adjuvant arthritis synovial cells were decreased as the concentration of O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan increased. Conclusion O-Carboxymethyl Chitosan can constrain the synovial cells of rabbit adjuvant srthritis proliferation, especially for fibroblastlike cell.
