摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定钢丝锌锰双镀层的镀层质量及厚度 ,镀层浸取液采用盐酸加SbCl3 ,在同一份溶液中可分别测定锌量和锰量 ,Zn2 +的回收率可达 98.5 %~ 10 1.2 % ,Mn2 +的回收率达 98.2 %~ 10 2 .3% ,其相对误差小于 2 .9%。给出了计算镀层中锌锰层质量和厚度的公式 。
Mass and thickness of coating for Zn and Mn double-coating steel wire are determined by FAAS,coating immersion adopt HCl and SbCl 3,contents of Zn and Mn can be determined in the same solution,the rate of recovery of Zn 2+ is 98.5%~101.2%,and Mn 2+ is 98.2%~102.3%,the relative error is less than 2.9%.The calculation formulas of mass and thickness of Zn and Mn coating are reported in this paper,and the measurement result is disscussed.
