摘要
在实验室条件下通过正交试验和优化试验 ,研究Zn Al Ni Re四元合金对含硅钢 (16Mn)热镀锌的影响 ,研究表明 :在锌液中同时添加Al、Ni、Ce等元素 ,对抑制锌铁反应时 ζ相的异常长大存在协同效应 。
Under laboratory conditions orthogonal test and optimization were carried out to do investigation on the effects of quadri-composition alloy Zn-Al-Ni-RE on galvanization of Silicon-containing steels(16Mn).The results show that the simultaneous addition of Al,Ni and Ce in Zn liquid affects jointly the prevention of abnormal growth of ζ phase when Zn reacts with iron,among these alloy elements,Al has bigest effect.
