摘要
用扫描电镜、金相显微镜观察分析了 80钢盘条拉拔断裂的断口 ,并对盘条进行了理化检验分析。结果表明 。
The fracture section of steel 80 wire rods was analyzed by SEM and metallographic microscope, and the related batch of wire rods was physically tested and chemically analyzed. The results showed that the major cause of breaking of the wire rods during drawing was high (Fe 3C) Ⅱ content in steel.
