摘要
采用光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜对 2 4 0曲轴断裂原因进行了分析。轴颈圆角未强化和加工粗糙是导致曲轴断裂的主要原因 ;轴颈圆角处锻造纤维露头是疲劳的诱发因素。估算了曲轴的运行周次 。
Metallography, SEM and TEM techniques were used to analyse the fractured 240 crankshaft. The results showed that no strengthening of the journal fillet and roughness of mechanical work were the major reasons for fracture of the crankshaft. Forging fiber exposing at the journal fillet was supposed to be an inducing factor of fatigue. The number of operation cycles of the crankshaft was estimated. Improvement measure was proposed.
