摘要
社会保险基金的筹集是社会保险制度健康运转的物质基础。但河北省当前社会保险基金的筹集存在着许多困难 ,其解决办法有加强社会保险登记申报 ,实行社会保险费税务征收 ,核实社会保险缴费基数 ,扩大社会保险覆盖范围 ,加大困难企业关闭破产和重组力度 。
Social insurance funds are the foundation for the operation of social insurance system.However,there are difficulties in raising social insurance funds.The measure to solve this problem are as follows:1.The registration of application for social insurance must be carried out.2.Taxation of social insurance premium must be paid.3.The base of social insurance must be verified.4.The coverage of social insurance should be enlarged.5.The losing enterprises must be shut down and reorganized.6.The payment of central public finance transference must be regulated.7.The problem of personal account vacancy should be properly solved.
