摘要
采用水模型试验 ,研究了旋转连铸环行结晶器内钢液流动行为·通过改变参数 (流量、结晶器转速、水口浸入深度 ) ,考察其对流场以及卷渣倾向的影响·参数改变 ,流场变化规律的总趋势并无明显改变 ,只是流股的最大喷射距离、到达结晶器外壁附近的速度及回流区的位置和液面附近的速度发生变化·研究结果表明 :流场中的速度分布受流量、结晶器转速。
Using a water modeling, the characteristic of fluid flow in the ring mould of a new type of spiral continuous casting was studied. The effect of the parameters (casting speed, rotational speed, immersion depth) on the fluid flow field was inspected. When the parameters change,the tendency of flow is not obviously different,but the jetting distance of flow, the speed distribution, the location of circumfluence and the speed near the face change. The velocity distribution of fluid flow is affected by casting speed, rotational speed and immersion depth.
