摘要
鸡饲料中Cr6+ ,在酸性介质中 ,将KI氧化为I3 -,产生的I3 -遇淀粉显蓝色 ,借助分光光度法对鸡饲料中的铬进行定量测定。其铬含量在 5 .2 1~ 2 73.4 6mg/kg之间 ,相对标准偏差为3.19% ,加标回收率在 94 .8%~ 10 3.1%之间 ,实验证明该方法简便、快速、准确。
Based on that Chromium oxidizes KI in an acid medium to form I3, which could produce blue color as being mixed with starch, chromium in chicken feed was determined in a medium H 2SO 4. The content of Cr in chicken feed was 5.21~273.46 mg/kg, with a standard deviation of 3.19%. The recovery of chromium was 94.8%~103.1%. The result showed that the determination method was simple, rapid and accurate.
