For further researching on the sizing technology of high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity, the relationship between the squeezing pressure and other processing parameters are discussed, and Its influence on these parameters are also overall analyzed. According to the conditions of China, the effective quantitative indexes are presented, and the practicable scheme of technological reformation of G142 sizing machine is also put forward.
