摘要
西部大开发是在沿海地区经济大发展,综合国力显著增强的基础上提出来的,因此它要实现超常规、跨跃式、可持续、全面发展。实现这种发展的条件是人才和教育。高等学校起着先导作用,可以为西部大开发提供观念、人才和科技的支持。这也要求高等学校进行全方位、多层面的改革。
The development of west regions is on the bases of great development of east regions economics and obvious enhancement of gtate comprehensive power, it must realize the breaking of the convention, cutting across time and trans regional, sustainable, all aspects of the development. It is the requirements that intelligent people and education to realize this king of development. High school plays aleading role in this development because it can supply ideas, intelligent people, technology for that. It is also the requirement that high school have a reform on every aspect and every layer.
