摘要
英语中句子的长度是变化多样的 ,短句和长句是其中常见的两种 ,它们皆有各自的特点。句子的长短不同 ,它们出现的场合和所起的作用也不尽相同。文章通过分析短句和长句在不同场合使用的不同效果 。
In English, length of sentences is diverse and varied, of which short sentence and long sentence are the two common ones. They have their own traits respectively. Owing to the different length of sentences, the occasions on which short sentence and long sentence appear and their functions are different.Through analysing the different effects of short sentence and long sentence used on different occasions, this article places emphasis on exploring the different functions of them in different styles.
