摘要
目的 :研究大鼠牙胚发育各个不同时期基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 )的表达 ,以探讨其在牙胚发育过程中的作用。方法 :取大鼠牙胚不同发育时期标本切片 ,采用原位杂交方法检测明胶酶A(MMP -2 )水平。结果 :牙胚发育过程中的蕾状期、帽状期、钟状晚期基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 )均有表达 ,但以钟状期前牙本质细胞的表达最明显。讨论 :本实验提示MMP -
AIM:To study the expression of matrix metalloproteiasees-2 in different developing stages of rat's embryo and discuss what role it played . METHODS: We obtained the rat's embryo of different developing stages of teeth and made sections. The level of expression of matrix metalloproteiasees-2 (MMP-2) was inspected by means of situ hybridization. RESULTS: The expression of MMP-2 could be found in bud stage ,cap stage and later time of bell stage.A high level of MMP-2 was confined to secretory odontoblast while basement membrane(BM) disappeared at this time. CONCLUSION:MMP-2 may participate in remodeling and degradation of BM during rat tooth morphogenesis.
