摘要
选符合感音神经性耳聋患者 6 0例 ,随机分为治疗组 30例 (34耳 )和对照组 30例 (37耳 )。治疗组采用聪耳合剂结合口服维生素 B1 、维生素 B6 、ATP和地巴唑治疗 ;对照组单纯予聪耳合剂口服。结果 :治疗组 34耳中 ,治愈 10耳 ,显效 12耳 ,有效 9耳 ,无效 3耳 ,总有效率为 91.18% (95 %可信区间为 72 %～ 97% ) ;对照组 37耳中 ,治愈 5耳 ,显效 11耳 ,有效 13耳 ,无效 8耳 ,总有效率为 78.38% (95 %的可信区间为 6 2 %～ 90 % )。治疗组综合疗效明显优于对照组 (Uc=2 .194 3,P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组较对照组发生无效患者的危险性明显下降 (OR=0 .35 ,95 % CI=0 .11～ 1.4 1) ;治疗组每治疗 8人 ,可较对照组减少 1例无效患者 (NNT=8,95 % CI=4～ 15 )
Sixty cases of nervous deafness were randomly divied into the treatmentgroup 30 cases(34 cases) and the control group 30 cases(37 cases).The treatment group was treated with Cong'er Mixture(聪耳合剂) and WM;the control group was treated only with WM.Results:In the treatment group 10 ears were cured,12 ears were markedly effective,9 ears were effective,3 ears was ineffective and the total effective rate was 91.18%(95%CI=72%-97%).In the control group 5 ears were cured,11 ears were remarkably effective,13 ears were effective,8 ears were ineffective and the total effective rate was 78.38%(95%CI=62%-90%).The effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(u c=2.1943,p<0.05).The danger of occurrence of ineffective case in treatment group was lower than that in the control group(OR=0.35,95%CI=0.11-1.41).The ineffective case in the treatment group was one cases less than that in the control group every 8 cases (NNT=8,95%CI=4-15).
