摘要
本文介绍了一种能够同时消除葡聚糖及脂血对血清总蛋白测定干扰的新方法。本法血清总蛋白浓度在0～140g/L 呈良好线性;实验批内 CV0.88%、批间 CV1.26%;平均回收率为99.4%。具有除干扰效果显著、配方简单、重复性好、准确度高、线性良好、呈色时间快及稳定性好等优点。是日常测定总蛋白的理想方法。
This article intruduces a new method of removing interference of dextran and lipemia with determination of total serum proteins,simultaneously.The results show a favourable linear relationship,when the total serum proteins range was in 140g/1.The average recov- ery ratio was 99.4% with a within-run CV of 0.88% and a between-run CV of 1.26%.This method has advantages of the conspicuous removing interference,simple prescription, easy repeat,high accuracy,fime linear-activity,short colored time and the good stabitity.It is a dsirable method for the determination of total serum proteins.
