摘要
冰箱用聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料发泡过程中泡沫流动性和泡沫固化速度是工艺性能的重要标志。文章讨论了几种胺类催化体系在以HCFC-141b为发泡剂的冰箱用聚氨酯硬泡发泡过程中所起的作用,并对能明显改善泡沫流动性并加快固化速度的催化体系进行了探讨。
In the foaming process of the refrigerator rigid polyurethane foam,the fluidity and the solidification speed of the foam is a very important factor.Here we discuss several amine catalytic systems used in the refrigerator rigid polyurethane foam foaming process where HCFC-141b is a blowing agent,especially the systems which can improve the fluidity and solidification speed of the foam obviously.
